Each Christmas, we light up the lights on the Loving Tree to remember our loved ones and to shine a light on those in our care.
The Loving Tree stands at the entrance to Mary Potter Hospice and in December every year, it is lit up for 40 nights with thousands of twinkling lights as a symbol of love for those we wish to remember with love at Christmas.
You can give the most precious gift by dedicating a light on our Loving Tree. It is a beautiful way to celebrate the life of someone special at this time of year.
Not only will you shine a light on someone you love, but your gift will also support one of the many patients and families who will spend their Christmas in our care.
We would be so honoured to have your loved one remembered this year.
Dedicate a Light
To dedicate a light on the Mary Potter Loving Tree, simply make a gift from your heart, telling us who you will be remembering at Christmas this year.
We will add your loved ones name to our Loving Tree Remembrance Book, situated at the bottom of the Loving Tree, and send a heart with their name to you to hang on your own Christmas tree.
To dedicate a light, click the button below or call our office on 08 8239 0119.

Remembrance Book
This year, a Remembrance Book is on display at the Loving Tree.
This book lists the names of every loved one being remembered on the Loving Tree this year, together with Messages of Love written by family members.
We understand that it is not always possible for you to visit the tree in person, so we have created a virtual Remembrance Book for your viewing.

2020 Loving Tree Christmas Carols
In 2020, event restrictions meant we weren't able to gather as a community to celebrate the Lighting of the Loving Tree.
Our incredible performers came together and filmed the concert, so that it could be available for you to watch and enjoy, as we remember those we love and miss each day.
